What we collect, and why

Last updated 21 October 2026. This covers adsupstudio.com. It is written to be read rather than to cover us, so if anything here is unclear, ask and we will explain it.

When you fill in the contact form

The form at /contact collects your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company, what you are interested in, and your message. We also record which page you submitted from, the page you arrived from, and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which parts of this site are worth keeping.

That goes into a private Google Sheet we use to track enquiries, and an email notification to us. We use it to reply to you and to run the work you ask us to do. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a mailing list from it.

If you have accepted cookies, a scrambled version of your email address, phone number and name is also sent to Meta when you submit the form, so Meta can tell us which of our ads led to your enquiry. It is hashed in your browser first, meaning Meta receives a string it can compare against its own records but cannot read back. Reject cookies and none of this happens.

To check what we hold about you, or to have it deleted, email sales@adsupstudio.com and we will do it.

Stopping spam

Submissions pass through Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a person rather than a script is sending the form. Cloudflare sees your IP address and some signals about your browser in order to make that judgement. We also count submissions per IP address for a few minutes at a time, so one source cannot flood the form.

Cookies and measurement

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, both loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits, see which pages lead to enquiries, and measure whether our own advertising works. They set cookies that recognise a returning browser. We do not use them to identify you by name, and nobody outside Adsup Studio, Google and Meta sees that data.

In the UK, the EEA and Switzerland, nothing is stored until you accept. That is the default before you answer, and it stays that way if you reject. Elsewhere, measurement runs unless you reject it. Rejecting stops the Meta pixel loading at all, and leaves Google Analytics able only to count the visit, with no cookie and nothing that could identify your browser again.

You can change your answer at any time:

Nothing is stored. Choose again in the banner at the bottom of the page.

Other things that happen on this site

The site is hosted by Vercel, whose servers keep short-lived request logs that include IP addresses, as any web host does. Fonts are served by Google Fonts. The WhatsApp button opens a conversation with us on WhatsApp, which is run by Meta under their own terms.
