Industrial

Marketing for industrial businesses, not consumer brands

Industrial companies are usually excellent at the thing they make and almost invisible online. The business was built on relationships, trade shows and repeat orders, and all of that still works. What has changed is that the next generation of buyers researches online first, and a supplier with no digital presence does not make their list.

The overview

What this actually involves

The gap is rarely capability. We meet manufacturers with decades of expertise, certifications most competitors cannot match and reference projects worth talking about, whose website shows a stock photo of a factory and a contact form. The expertise is real; none of it is visible.

Industrial marketing is mostly a translation problem. Everything a buyer needs to trust you already exists inside the business, in capability statements, quality certifications, tolerances, lead times and completed projects. The work is getting it out of people's heads and into pages that answer what buyers ask.

It also has to respect the sales cycle. Nobody specifies a new supplier for a critical component from one website visit. The job is to be present and credible across months of intermittent research, so when the specification is written, you are in it.

We have worked with established businesses since 2019. More about how we work.

What you end up with

  • Capabilities and certifications visible instead of implied
  • Content built from your engineers' knowledge, not generic copy
  • Presence across a long research cycle, not a single touch
  • An RFQ route buyers complete rather than abandon
  • Enquiries tracked from first search to quotation

How we run it

How the work is sequenced

01

Get the expertise out of the building

Interviews with your engineers and sales team to capture capabilities, tolerances, certifications and the questions buyers always ask. This is where the content comes from, not from a copywriter guessing.

02

Publish capability, not slogans

What you can make, to what tolerance, in what volume, how quickly. Specifics buyers can evaluate against a requirement, rather than claims about quality and service.

03

Be present through a long cycle

Search visibility, LinkedIn for procurement and engineering, and retargeting so you stay visible across months of research rather than one visit.

04

Make RFQs easy and track them

A quotation route that takes minutes, routed into a CRM so nothing waits two days for a reply. Slow RFQ response loses more industrial deals than poor visibility does.
